Ralph was awarded the Northern Illinois University, College Of Business, Alumni Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship on May 4, 2018. This is the inaugural year of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Award. Since the school has made Innovation and Entrepreneurship one of its key pillars for growth and Ralph was the first recipient of the award.
